2. Services
Helsinki Odyssey offers tailor-made tours of the Helsinki Archipelago, focusing on authentic and immersive experiences. Our services include Outer Archipelago packages, Inner Archipelago packages and Yacht experiences.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are made via email or through the contact form on our website.
- A pre-payment of 50% of the total price is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the day of your excursion.
- We offer two types of payment methods:
- Invoice: We will send you the invoice by email.
- Credit/Debit card: We utilise Stripe for processing payments, ensuring that all transactions are secure and encrypted. Your payment information will not be stored or accessible by us. You will receive information and payment link with the booking email. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund of the pre-payment.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of bad weather, including average wind speeds of 12 m/s or above, fog, or thunderstorms, or other unforeseen circumstances, Helsinki Odyssey Oy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours. Full refunds or alternative dates will be offered in such cases.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information during the booking process.
- Customers are responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions provided by our guides.
- Any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements must be communicated to Helsinki Odyssey at the time of booking.
6. Liability
- Helsinki Odyssey is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence.
- Customers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
